Seems the original uploader does not seem to he on the forums anymore. The BOM in wrong - the 74LVC245 needs to be a SOIC-20 not a TSSOP-20.

Make a donation to LemarinelNetSerial gateway based on Arduino Nano for simplicity ;)
Using a 74LVC245 for level shifting between arduino and RFM69 module.
Added a 3.3V Reg to power the RFM module.
Added two headers for 3.3V and 5V output for peripherals modules
